Terms & Conditions – Nilavara

Blouse / Falls Stitching

•⁠  ⁠Customers are requested to carefully check blouse measurements before submitting the order.
•⁠  ⁠Any missing measurement details must be informed immediately after placing the order.
•⁠  ⁠Changes in measurements will not be accepted after 2 hours of order confirmation.
•⁠  ⁠Customized stitching orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.

Product Colour Disclaimer

•⁠  ⁠Slight colour variation may occur between website images and actual product due to photography, lighting, editing, and screen display settings.
•⁠  ⁠Certain traditional weaves and zari work may appear slightly different under natural and indoor lighting.

Pricing Information

•⁠  ⁠Nilavara makes every effort to provide accurate pricing and product details.
•⁠  ⁠In case of pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or stock issues, Nilavara reserves the right to cancel or modify the order.
•⁠  ⁠Customers will be informed before processing if any correction is required.
•⁠  ⁠If payment has already been completed and the item is unavailable, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns & Exchange Policy

•⁠  ⁠All Nilavara products are carefully quality checked before dispatch.
•⁠  ⁠Returns or exchanges are accepted only in rare cases of wrong product delivery, major transit damage, or significant manufacturing defect.
•⁠  ⁠Minor weaving variations, thread joints, zari irregularities, and handcrafted uniqueness are not considered defects.

Conditions for Return Approval

•⁠  ⁠Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
•⁠  ⁠Original packaging must be intact.
•⁠  ⁠Opening video of the parcel is mandatory.
•⁠  ⁠Clear product images must be submitted.
•⁠  ⁠Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Steps for Return Request
1. Inform Nilavara within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. Share opening video, product images, and invoice details.
3. Our quality team will review the request.
4. If approved, customer must return the product.
5. Returned product must reach us within 4 to 7 working days.
6. Refund or replacement will be initiated only after product verification.

Refund Policy

•⁠  ⁠Refunds are not applicable for dislike, colour expectation differences, or change of mind.
•⁠  ⁠Refunds are approved only for verified damaged or wrong products.
•⁠  ⁠Refunds will be processed only to the original payment account used during purchase.

Return Courier Charges

•⁠  ⁠Customer must initiate the return shipment.
•⁠  ⁠In approved return cases, return courier charges will be reimbursed by Nilavara after successful inspection.

Cancellation Policy

•⁠  ⁠Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order.
•⁠  ⁠Once order processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
•⁠  ⁠Customized products cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Policy – India

•⁠  ⁠Delivery within India usually takes 4 to 7 working days.
•⁠  ⁠Slight delays may occur due to logistics, holidays, or unavoidable conditions.

Shipping Policy – International

•⁠  ⁠Nilavara ships worldwide.
•⁠  ⁠Delivery time for international orders is usually 10 to 20 working days.
•⁠  ⁠Shipping is handled through DHL, DTDC and trusted logistics partners.
•⁠  ⁠Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.
