Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers wishing to cancel an order must contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Nilavara reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for orders that have already been processed, customized, or dispatched.
